We Would Like to Welcome Our New Operations Manager, Jim Nelms!
Jim is a native to South Carolina, graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering, was a US Navy veteran with 31 years in HVAC. Jim has been blessed with three beautiful kids in which two (boys) are following in his footsteps. He started off in the industry as a service technician and through the years have advanced into the Operations role where he grew to love training and guiding the next generation of technicians. He made sure that the priority of what he taught the younger technicians is what it means to take care of the customer. Jim is a pro staff fisherman, hunter and enjoys playing with his German shepherd, Kizer.
